Nathanael Dimitrios

nathanaelDimitris Nathanael is lecturer at the Technical University of Athens teaching ergonomics, Safety Management and introduction to database systems. He is a registered European Ergonomist and has extensive professional experience in Ergonomics and Safety interventions both in industry and in the services sector.

Dimitris holds an Engineering diploma in Production Engineering & Management science, Technical University of Crete, a Graduate degree D.E.A. in Ergonomics, form the Conservatoire Nationale des Arts et Metiers (C.N.A.M.) in France, and a PhD in the field of Cognitive Ergonomics, from the National Technical University of Athens.

Dmitri's scientific work focuses on phenomenological and dialectical approaches in cognition as applied in the analysis of human activity systems and on the methodology of design interventions in the above. At the applied level he is actively interested in artifact design from a human factors perspective as well as with the management of safety at work.
