Total Quality Management

Objectives

The course introduces the basic principles of customer-centric operations, in which total quality and continuous improvement of processes, products, and services are key success factors for companies and organizations of both the private and the public sectors. Principles and methods of quality management constitute fundamental differentiators and advantages with respect to competition. The course presents the fundamentals of Total Quality Management philosophy, emphasizes the basic principles for developing and controlling an efficient Quality Management System and analyses the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 quality management standard.
